Here we are more than 60 youth from 7 different countries in the Middle East (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Algeria, Iraq and the Holy Land) who are gathered here in Jordan during the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays to participate in a school for Y4UW (Youth for a United World) Animators. What makes this school even more special is the precious present of 2 Muslim Y4UW from Algeria.
The first day started off with a warm welcome to all of us arriving with a big joy for being together after a long period during which each one was trying to live his or her ideals in his or her own country. With some others, it was the first to meet and the joy was even greater.
And here we are ready to go into this world where each one of us is representing his country and is not here for himself or herself but for the other youth in each country, to learn how to bring them our ideals of a United World.
The only way to live this school is by sharing our experiences and difficulties so that Jesus among us with the special presence of Andrew and Maria can reveal to us the real solution that suites best every country.
