We've got lots to share!

"Thanks for inviting us. During this get together, I have re-discovered the Golden Rule that unites us all; we just have to live it."

A Buddhist girl added: “I felt at home, I hope to meet you soon again."

And a Muslim girl said: "Thank you for this wonderful afternoon. I can't wait to see you again, we will have lots to share and talk about." These were some of the impressions from a meeting between some Youth Groups' representatives in Belfast. The meeting was held in the Hall of St. John's (Church of Ireland) on the Malone Road.

There were 4 groups present, L'Arche, Corrymeela, Charis Community (or University Christian Outreach), Focolare and in an atmosphere of joy and mutual love each group was able to share their main goal and activities as well as games and songs. The faith and the commitment of each one gave more enthusiasm and courage to the participants. Some new young people were present and all of them before leaving asked for the next date.

We plan to meet again in June.
